How do I set up the Journey AI CRM user profile?

You must first set up your profile to use the Journey AI CRM app. Following are the step-by-step instructions for the same.

 

a. a. Log in to  https://accounts.hyly.app and navigate to the CRM app.

b. Click Profile in the dropdown menu in the top right of the screen.

c. Add your Full Name.

d. Add the Initials.

e. Add your Account Email, the email you use to log in to your Hyly.AI account.

f. Add Send From Email, the email address visible to prospects on emails sent from the CRM.

 

Your Account Email is the email you use to log in to your Hyly.AI account. The Send From Email is the email address visible on emails sent from the CRM.

This can be the same email as your Account Email. Alternatively, the Send From Email could be a shared email address used by all leasing team members.

Regardless of your email preferences, your email/s must be verified.

 

g. Add a Phone number, which is your direct line or cell phone number used when making calls. (This number will be masked by the property's primary number when making calls).

h. Add your default Signature in emails.

i. Set your Time Zone if needed.

j. To save your profile, click Update.
