How do I set up the Spanish conversations in Hayley Chat?

Hayley Chat allows its users to chat in Spanish and English. Here are the step-by-step instructions for turning on multilingual conversations in Hayley Chat.

a. Go to Journey AI Suite>  Select Sub - Org > Click Hayley Chat. And go to the Preference Center.

b. Go to the Spanish Language tab.

c. Turn on the toggle button to activate Spanish communication in Hayley Chat.

d. Click Save and preview changes on the right-side panel.

 

 

e. Once the prospect clicks the Yes, change to Spanish button, the Spanish Language gets activated for guided chat and natural language communications.
