You can share URLs to platforms like Facebook, Google My Business, or Emails to navigate the user to the standalone webpage with Hayley Chat.
a. Go to Journey AI Suite> Select Sub - Org > Click Hayley Chat.
b. Go to Share Options.
c. Click Share URL.
d. Share on Facebook; here, you can access the URL to share the Hayley chatbot on Facebook. Click the expand button to see the preview, and click Copy to copy the URL.
e. Share on Google My Business; here, you can access the URL to share the Hayley Chat on Google My Business. Click the expand button to see the preview, and click Copy to copy the URL.
f. Share on Email: you can access the URL to share the Hayley Chat on Emails. Click the expand button to see the preview, and click Copy to copy the URL.
