HayleyChat allows your prospect to schedule tours using the chat. You can turn off the feature if you don't want your prospects to schedule tours using chat. The following are the step-by-step instructions.
a. Go to Journey AI Suite> Select Sub - Org > Click HayleyChat> Go to Preference Center menu.
b. Go to Tour Scheduler Option.
c. To stop scheduling tours from HayleyChat, turn off the toggle button.
d. Click Save once done.
e. You will see that the Schedule a Tour option will no longer be available under the guided chat menu.
f. Under Ask Me Anything, if someone asks to schedule a tour, it will provide the Contact Me form and ensure that the agent will contact the prospect.
