Hayley Chat allows your prospect to schedule tours using the chat. You can turn off the feature if you don't want your prospects to schedule tours using chat. The following are the step-by-step instructions.
a. Go to Journey AI Suite> Select Sub - Org > Click Hayley Chat> Go to Preference Center menu.
b. Go to Tour Scheduler Option.
c. The tour scheduling feature will be available when the toggle button is on.
d. To stop scheduling tours from HayleyChat, turn off the toggle button.
e. Click Save once done.
f. You will see that the Schedule a Tour option will no longer be available under the guided chat menu.
g. If someone asks to schedule a tour, the website will provide the Contact Me form and ensure that the agent contacts the prospect.
