How do I troubleshoot login issues by doing a hard reset?

a. Go to https://my.hy.ly/tenants/ in Google Chrome.

b. Right-click and click Inspect. Also, you can use keyboard shortcuts Ctrl + Shift + I for Windows and Cmd+ Opt+I for Mac.

c. Click on the symbol '>>' at the top right to view other tabs, and click on Application.

d.  Click on the cookie for Hy.ly or any other open webpage under the Cookies section.

e. Then click on the button at the top right to clear the cookies, as shown in the image below.

f. Try logging in again by changing your password.
