While feeding data about the lead, sometimes you might miss updating specific answers to the form questions. Journey AI CRM allows you to update the details later, too. Following are the step-by-step instructions for the same.
a. Log in to https://accounts.hyly.app and navigate to the CRM app.
b. Search for the contact and select the contact to go to the contact card.
c. Click on Contact Info.
d. On the right-hand side panel, you will find the Form Questions tab. Click the same to expand.
e. Click the pencil icon to edit the fields.
f. You can edit the Desired Move In Date, Desired Price Range, Desired Bed Rooms, Newsletter subscription status, etc.
g. Click the sign to update the changes.
