How do I update key site links, social links, and legal links in the sub-org?
Key Site, Social, and Legal Links in the Sub-Orgs Section are essential for the setup as they will be reflected in the blasts, drip campaigns, and mail campaigns you send to your contacts.
Following are the step-by-step instructions for adding Key Site, Social, and Legal Links to the Sub-Orgs.
To update Key Site Links, follow the below-mentioned steps :
b. Under the Basic Info page, click the Key Site Links button on the left panel.
c. Here, you will see the different sections to add the Key Site links of your property, such as:
Floor Plans Link, Amenities Link, Gallery Link, Neighborhood Link, Contact Us Link, Scheduler a Tour Link, Direction URL, Resident Portal URL, Applicant Portal URL and Availability URL.
d. To expand any links, click on the + sign.
e. To edit the links, click on the pencil button.
f. Add link URL, Link Text, and Image (if any).
g. Click on the tick mark sign to save the changes.
If you are not using the Hy.ly Tour Scheduler, put the Contact Us Link in the Schedule a Tour section.
Put the Floor Plans link in the Availability URL section.
To update Social Links, follow the below-mentioned steps:
h. Under the Basic Info page, click the Social Links button on the left panel.
i. Here, you will see the different sections to add the Social links of your property, such as:
Facebook Link, Twitter Link, Instagram Link, Pinterest Link, Google Link, YouTube Link and Blog Link.
j. To expand any links, click on the + sign. Then repeat steps e,f, and g.
To update Legal Links, follow the below-mentioned steps:
k. Under the Basic Info page, click the Legal Links button on the left panel.
l. Here, you will see the different sections to add the Legal links of your property, such as:
Privacy Policy Link, Terms & Conditions Link, Fair Housing Link, and Equal Housing Link.
m. To expand any links, click on the + sign. Then repeat steps e,f, and g.
Once you update the links, these will only reflect in the newly cloned templates.
