How do I use Admin Settings: Tour Scheduler Page?

Admin Settings Tour scheduler helps the admin customize the scheduler design, customize tour-related SMSs, and provide the embed URLs and codes to integrate the scheduler to your property website.

 

A. Go to Journey AI Suite> Select Sub-Org> Click Tours> Click Admin Settings: Tour Scheduler.

B. The Admin Settings: Tour Scheduler page has six sub-pages:

a. The scheduler design helps customize the tour scheduler page design.

b. To make changes, click the Edit Button at the top left side panel.

c. You can Change the page Title and Special Message (if any).

d. To Enable appointment types, tick the check box beside the tour types: In-Person Tour, Live Video Tour, and Self-Guided Tour.

e. You can add/edit/sort/delete fields, which will be available under the Enter Your Information section of the tour scheduler form.

f. You can add/remove the captcha.

g. Click Save to save changes.

h. Preview will be available on the right-side panel.

a. The Scheduler Dropdown helps customize the dropdown list of the fields available under the tour scheduler form.

b. Form Question section helps to customize questions like Desired Bathroom, Price range, Bedroom, etc.

c. Broker Relationship checkbox is available to identify if the applicant is a broker.

d. Lease +  section asks questions about Floor Plan, Number of vehicles, etc.

e.  Demographics + section is about gender, Household size, status, etc.

f. Employment Section is to know about Occupation Type, Employer State, etc.

g. Prospect Preference section is to know about some specific preferences.

h. To include and edit an option, tick the checkbox beside.

i. Click Save to save changes.

  • Tracking Pixel:

a. Tracking Pixel provides the codes to track prospect's activity.

b. Visit Tracking Code is to track prospect visits to the website.

c. The Post Submit Tracking Code tracks website visits after form submission.

d. Click Save to save changes.

a. The custom SMS template is used to set up your SMSs.

b. SMS Opt-Ins will help you to enable SMS service for your prospects.

c. Marketing channels help enable marketing SMSs for your property.

d. The Promote SMS section will help to enable all emails to have a message box at the bottom. Contacts can message the number and opt-in to receive promotional SMS and emails.

e. The SMS prompt page will help you select between <Org level SMS prompts and Customize SMS prompts>.

f. Click Save to save changes.

a.The Embeds page has the embed codes and URLs to integrate the tour scheduler into your property website.

b. You can have Scheduler URL,  Inline iFrame script, Pop-up Script, Side Bar iFrame script, and Self-Guided Tour URL.

  • SPAM Trigger Words:

a. Under the Spam Trigger Word section, you can exclude words from your email text that trigger a spam alert.

b. Type the words you want to exclude inside the box given.

c. You can type one word in each line.

d. Click Save to save the words.
