How do I use the By Event Report page?

Note: Reports by event can be viewed at the Org and Sub-org levels.

The By Event Report can be accessed from the Event dashboard or the Reports menu. The following are the step-by-step instructions for using the By Event Report.

A. View By Event Report from Event Dashboard:


a. Go to Journey AI Suite> Select Sub-Org > Click Events.

b. On the Event home page, go to your event and hover over it.

c. Click on the View Report icon to go to By Event Report.

 

 

B. View By Event Report from Report Menu:

 

a. Go to Journey AI Suite> Select Org /Sub-Org> Click Events> click the Reports menu.

b. At the Org level, you can filter the report by Properties, date range, and Status.

 


 

c. At the Sub-Org level, the reports can be filtered by Date range and Status.

d. To view a report for an event, click the View Report tab.

 


 

C. By Event Report Overview:

   🔹The Event reports have two segments.
   🔹The first segment gives the following data for the event.
 

a. The Event name, Event schedule, and Status.

b. Sends: Number of emails sent. Clicking on the number will open the list of invitees.

c. Capacity - Number of people who can be accommodated.

d. RSVPed -  Number of people who RSVPed in the event.

e. Waitlisted - Number of people who have been waitlisted due to total capacity

f. Canceled - Number of people who have canceled RSVP.

g. Attended - Number of people who attended the event.

h. Not Attended - Number of people who have not attended the event.

  🔹To save the reports under the My Analytics page, click the star button at the right-side top corner.

 

 
🔹 The next segment is the Drilldown by Event Emails segment.
🔹It appears in the Tiles View and gives the following analytics of the emails.
 
a. Email Name - The name of the Email.
b. Number of Unique Sends - Number of contacts the Email was sent to.
c. Sent Date and Time - The date and time the Email was sent.
d. Sent To - The audience list to whom the Email was sent.
e. %Unique Opens - The Open Rate of the Email.
f. %Unique Clicks - The Click-through rate of the Email.
g. %Unsubscribes - The unsubscribe rate of the Email.
h. %Bounces - The bounce rate of the Email.



🔹View of this segment can be changed from a Tiles view to a Tabular view by clicking the Button at the top right of the panel. 


🔹On Tabular View, Reports can be filtered and sorted by each column and downloaded.
