There can be multiple statuses of a Blast depending on the stage while scheduling it. You can take different actions depending on the status of the Blast.
A. Draft
a. The Blast stays in Draft status if you have not scheduled or sent it for approval.
b. It will appear with a Black mark on the side of the Blast on the calendar.
c. You can Edit, Preview, Duplicate, or Archive the Blast that is in Draft Status.
B. Scheduled
a. When a Blast is scheduled and ready to go, it is in scheduled status.
b. It appears with a Green mark at the side of the Blast in the calendar to indicate that it is in the scheduled status.
c. You can Edit, Preview, or Duplicate the Blast that is in Scheduled Status.
C. Sent For Approval
a. When you need the Blast to be approved before sending it out, it goes into the Sent For Approval status.
b. It appears with an Orange mark at the side of the Blast in the calendar.
c. You can Edit, Preview, or Duplicate the Blast in Sent for Approval Status.
D. Sent
a. When you have sent the Blast, it goes into the Sent status.
b. It appears with a Blue mark beside the Blast in the calendar.
c. You can Analyze, Preview, or Duplicate the Blast in sent status.
