How do I use different event statuses in the Journey AI Events dashboard?

Depending on the scheduling process, the events can be in any of the below-mentioned statuses.

 

a. Draft:

🔹The Event stays in Draft status, in black font, if it is not scheduled or sent for approval. 

🔹To Edit, click the Edit Button.

🔹To Preview, Duplicate, or Archive the event, hover the cursor near the Edit button.

 

b. Published:

🔹If the event is Published, the status is in light blue font

🔹It can be further Scheduled for invite, Edited, Previewed, Duplicated, or Canceled.

 

c. Invited:

🔹When the event is published and invites are sent, the status changes to Invited.

🔹The status will appear in green font.

🔹The event can be further Edited, Previewed, Duplicated, Rescheduled, or Canceled.

 

d. To Be Approved:

🔹When an event needs Approval, it remains in the To be approved status.

🔹The status appears in orange font.

🔹The event can be Edited, Previewed, Duplicated, or Archived.

 

e. Canceled:

🔹Once the event is canceled, the status appears as Canceled in grey.

🔹The event can be Duplicated or Archived further.

 

 

f. Archived:

🔹Once an event is archived, the status changes to Archived and appears in brown font.

🔹It can be seen under the Archived filter only.

🔹The event can be unarchived by clicking the Unarchive Button.

🔹Also, it can be Edited, Previwed, or Duplicated

 

g. Scheduled For Invite

🔹If an event is scheduled for a future date and published, the status is Scheduled for Invite. 

🔹The status appears in blue font. 

🔹The event can be further Edited, Previewed, Duplicated, or Canceled.
