How do I use different status icons in CRM?

In Journey AI CRM, contacts displayed on the Contact Pipeline page show different status icons that the agents assign. 

 

A. Log in to  https://accounts.hyly.app and navigate the CRM app; the Contact Pipeline page will open by default.

B. You can see the following statuses for the contacts in the pipeline; 

a. Star icons (the icon near the top right corner) have been marked to show a strong prospect likely to lease at your community. Keeping these prospects on top of leasing agents' minds is essential.

b. Bell icons (the icon in the middle) show that the prospect has recently done a specific action, such as clicking on an email, scheduling a tour, opening an email, etc. Agents will want to visit the prospect's timeline to see the details of their recent activity.

c. Blue checkmark icons (located in the bottom right corner) indicate to the agent that the prospect has a task due today or tomorrow. 

d. Red checkmark icons indicate to the agent that their task for this prospect is overdue.

e. Orange dots are marked to show that these leads have taken some action to interact with the email communication from the Hyly.AI system. The significance of the Orange dot is to notify the agents to take action (email/call/create a task). 

f. Red dots to notify the agents to take action on priority as these leads have been pending agent action for 72 hours or more. The Orange dots change to Red dots if the agent has taken no action (email/call/create a task) within the next 72 hours of the prospect interaction. The dots will disappear once the agent takes action for these leads.
