How do I use Journey AI Tours Reports?

The Journey AI Tours Report page provides various types of reports related to tours for analysis.

Following are the reports available on the Journey AI Tours Report Page.

Tour Activity.
Tour Activity By Channel.
Tour Activity By Channel/Source.
Tour Activity By Source.
Tour Activity by Type.
Tour Activity by Unit.
Tour Cohort.

To access these reports, follow the steps below.

a. Go to Journey AI Suite> Select Sub-Org> Click Tours> Click Reports.

b. To download the prospect information, click the Export Tours button.

c. To refresh the reports, click the Refresh Report button

d. You can set the date range using the Calendar icon.

e. To export the report, click the Export button.

f. The Tour Activity report shows the details of the tour activities based on the activity date. It shows the numbers and percentages of scheduled, rescheduled, and canceled tours in a particular date range.

g. The Tour Activity By Channel report shows the tour activity percentages and numbers and the Channel details from where the tours came.

h. The Tour Activity By Channel/Source report shows the tour activity percentages and numbers with the Channel and Source details. The source details show the source medium, Web, Walk-In, etc., and the source assets, such as apartments.com, rent.com, property website, etc.

i. The Tour Activity By Source report shows the tour activity percentages and numbers with the Source details of the tours.

j. The Tour Activity by Type report shows the tour activity percentages and numbers based on the type of tours scheduled, rescheduled, or canceled.

k. The Tour Activity by Unit report shows the tour activity percentages and numbers based on the unit of the property for which the tours are scheduled, rescheduled, or canceled. If the unit details are not mentioned in the tour scheduling form, they will be reflected as Unknown.

l. The Tour Cohort report shows the actual tour scheduled percentages and numbers based on the date range for which the tours are scheduled. This report will show the number of tours scheduled, the number and percentage of tours not closed, and the number and percentage of no-shows or missed tours.

Difference between Tour Activity and Tour Cohort Reports

Tour Activity: This shows the activity that occurred in the selected period, e.g., scheduling tours, rescheduling tours, and canceling tours.

Tour Cohort: Shows data about the tours scheduled for the selected period -- the "cohort of tours," number of tours, closed tours, and no-shows.

Example: If the tour is scheduled for 12th Oct, but it is created on 6th Oct, the Tour Activity report will show the data when it was created, which is 6th Oct, and the Tour Cohort report will show the data for the tours scheduled in the selected date range, which is 12th Oct.
