In Hayley, you can enable user language preference, price range filter, feedback options, etc. Following is the step-by-step guide for the same.
a. Go to Journey AI Suite> Select Sub - Org > Click Hayley Chat.
b. Go to the Preference Center.
c. To enable the Spanish language option from the Spanish Language tab.
d. Price Range Filter tab will allow you to add the price range filter for the available units.
e. From the Tour Scheduler tab, you can turn on or off tour scheduling from Hayley Chat.
f. Custom Button will allow you to add a customized button in the guided chat and link it with your desired URL.
g. In the Custom From Questions section, you can add or delete form questions.
h. Feedback tab will allow you to request feedback from the users.
i. Do I Qualify button can be added to check if a prospect qualifies the price range.
