The Alerts Success Hub feature allows the user (above the property manager level) to see the active/inactive status of the Alerts (price drop and availability alerts) and the emails under each type of Alerts for all properties under them. Here are the step-by-step instructions for using Success Hub.
Success Hub can only be accessed by a user above the property manager level (e.g., Regional Manager) at Org Level.
a. Go to Journey AI Suite> Select Org > Click Alerts.
b. Go to Success Hub.
c. You can filter the list by Regional manager, Region, and Property.
d. You can sort the list by the Property column only. By default, the sorting is in ascending order.
e. The rest of the columns show Alerts angles and their status.
f. On hovering over each Alert column, you can see the Name of each Alert email and the Status as On/Off.
g. When clicking any property name or the alert email name, you will be taken to that property's Alerts home page.
Alert Email Statuses:
Let’s discuss the color codes in Alert email statuses and how they can be interpreted.
a. If the Alert is active and the email is turned on, the email status will be displayed as
Example: In the given image for the property Entrata One, all the emails under Unit Availability Alert are active.
b. If the Drip is active but the email is turned off, the email status will be displayed as
Example: In the image given for the property Entrata One, the Studio Price Drop Alert email is turned off.
c. If the Alert is inactive, the status will be displayed as.
Example: In the image given for property RP Two, both alerts are inactive.
d. If a property is not subscribed to Alerts, the status will be blank.
