How do I use Success Hub for Drips?

 

The Drips Success Hub feature allows the user (above the property manager level) to see the active/inactive status of all the Drips and the emails in a Drip for all properties under them. Here are the step-by-step instructions for using Success Hub.

Success Hub can only be accessed by a user above the property manager level (e.g., Regional Manager) at Org Level.

 

a. Go to Journey AI SuiteSelect Org > Click Drips

b. Go to Success Hub.

c. You can filter the list by Regional manager, Region, and Property.

d. You can sort the list by the Property column only. By default, the sorting is in ascending order.

e. The rest of the columns show Drips angles and their status.

 

 

f. On hovering over each Drip angel column, you can see the Name of each Drip email, the Day when it will be sent, and the Status as On/Off.

g. When clicking any property name, you will be taken to that property's Drips page.

 

Drips Email Statuses:

Let’s discuss the color codes in Drips email statuses and how they can be interpreted.

 

a. If the Drip is active and the email is turned on, the email status will be displayed as

Example: In the given image for the property Avenue At York, all the emails under Prospect Nurture Drip are active.

 

b. If the Drip is active but the email is turned off, the email status will be displayed as

Example: In the given image for the property Avenue At York, all the emails under Resident Retention Drip are active except the Move-out Checklist.

 

c. If the Drip is inactive, the status will be displayed as.

Example: In the given image for the property Avenue At York, all the emails under Prospect Win-Back Drip are inactive.

 

d. If no email is available under a Drip, the status will be blank.

Example: In the image below, for property 20 Massachusetts, no emails are available under Post Tour, Prospect Win-Back, and Resident Satisfaction Drips.
