How do I use the Agent Activity page in CRM?

Journey AI CRM Agent Activity gives a clear idea about the actions taken by the agents.

 

a. Log in to  https://accounts.hyly.app and navigate to the CRM app and the Agent Activity page. 

b. It will display Activities By Agent lists.

c. You can search or filter the list by Date Range and Agent name.

d. You can also search for a contact by name, email, or phone number.

e. The list will show the following columns; all columns are sortable.

  • Agent: Name of the agent.
  • Tasks Completed: Number of tasks completed by the agent.
  • Notes added: Number of notes added to the contact cards.
  • Contacts added: Number of contacts added to the system by the agents.
  • Email Scheduled: Number of emails scheduled by the agents.
  • Email Sent: Number of emails sent by the agents.
  • Email Received: Number of emails received by the agents.
  • Email CCed: Number of emails CCed by the agents.
  • % of Conversation: Percentage of telephonic conversations made. 
  • Calls Made: Number of calls made by the agent.
  • Calls Received: Number of calls received by the agent.
  • Tour Scheduled: Number of tours scheduled by the agent.
  • Unique contact made: Number of unique contacts made by the agent; this excludes any repetition of the contacts.

f. Click on any cell to view the data in detail at the bottom.
