Agent Settings: Tour Scheduler helps the agents manage tour scheduler-related settings.
A. Go to Journey AI Suite> Select Sub-Org> Click Tours> Click >Agent Settings: Tour Scheduler.
B. The Agent Settings: Tour Scheduler page has four sub-pages:
a. In the Recurring Slots page, agents can customize tour booking for all tour types.
b. They can add/edit fields like Appointment duration, Appointment Start Time, Tour Slot Occupancy, etc.
c. Also they can set up the days and times when tours will be open.
a. You can add/edit/delete holidays.
b. For holiday exclusion type, All day, Half day, etc.
c. You can add Tour hours if it is not an all-day holiday.
d. Also, you can set the maximum reservation per slot.
a. You can customize agent calendar events here.
b. You can add/edit/delete agent events.
a. You can enable headless mode settings here for all tour types.
