How do I use the Alerts Contact List report?

a. Go to Journey AI Suite> Select Sub - Org/Org > Click Alerts

b. Go to the Reports menu and click the Alerts Contact List report under it. This report shows the overview of all emails under each alert. 

c. At the Org level, the report can be filtered by Property name, Alerts, Email, Date Range and Actions taken by the contacts, e.g. Sent, Opened, Received but not opened, Unsubscribed, Bounced, etc.

d. At the Sub-Org level, the report can be filtered by Alerts, Emails, Date Range and Actions taken by the contacts, e.g. Sent, Opened, Received but not opened, Unsubscribed, Bounced, etc.

e. The report displays the total number of contacts.

f. The list displays the below-mentioned column; each column is sortable.

    • Property: Name of the property.
    • Alert: Alert type.
    • Email: Email title.
    • Email Address: Email ID of the contact.
    • Sub-Status: Present status of the contact, e.g. Appointment, Toured, Active, etc.
    • Send At: Date and time when the alert email was sent.

g. You can filter the report by clicking the filter button and download the data by clicking the download button.
