How do I use the Amenity Reservation page as an agent?

On the Amenity Reservation page, agents can reserve amenities for their residents and view the amenity reservation slots.

 

a. Go to Journey AI Suite> Select Sub-Org> Click Tours> Click Amenity Reservation.

b. By default, the page will display a Weekly list view of the current week. You can change the month using < > buttons.

c. You can also choose Monthly, Weekly, or Daily views.

d. You can use the Search button to search with the lead name or email. 

e. + New Reservation button will allow you to reserve an amenity for a future date.

f. The body of the calendar displays all the amenities booked for the week, including upcoming and completed ones.

h. A legend in the lower left-hand corner of the calendar details the amenity types and the color coding system used to define them.
