How do I use the Attribution Report Settings page?

Attribution Report Settings allows you to select how you measure 1st tours and contacts created and create sub-statuses for your leads.

 

A. Navigate to: Performance AI ➡️ Settings ➡️ Attribution Settings ➡️ Attribution Report

     Settings.

 

B. The first thing you see on the Attribution Report Settings page is a set of options about

     how Performance AI (PAI) creates reports:

a. You can choose whether archived contacts from your PMS will be included in the reports

    by using the toggle switch.

b. Next up, you can choose the contact creation date that will be considered for your PAI

    reports. The first option allows it to be the same as that on the PMS

c. The second option allows you to assign a contact creation date equal to that of when

    the contact came to the hyly system.

d. The third hybrid option takes account of when the contact was created on PMS,

     when the first event occurred, and when it came to the hyly system.

e. Then, you can choose which tour completion date is considered for the PAI reports.

     The first option is when the date is equal to the tour date, regardless of the

     schedule.

f. The second option is when the date is equal to the first completed tour's time

    slot.

C. In the next table, you can assign various sub-statuses to your contacts

a. You can choose to include contacts without sub-statuses in your PAI reports.

b. You can choose to add all the sub-groups to the sub-statuses with the Select All

    toggle.

c. To view the sub-groups within a particular sub-status, click on the drop-down menu.

    This is only possible if Select All is deselected.

d. Click the Edit button to edit and change the groups under each sub-status.

 

Sub-Statuses denote which stage of the lead-to-lease journey a prospect is in. These include prospect, resident and others.

e. Clicking on edit opens the dropdown menu for groups under each sub-status.

     This includes the PMSes and the sub-statuses used in each of them. The available PMSes

     here are two Yardi ones.

f. You can deselect a group to remove them from the sub-status. In this

    example, Secondary Residents have been excluded from the Resident sub-status.

g. You can select a group to include them from the sub-status. In this

     example, Future and Current Residents have been included in the Resident sub

     status.
