The Journey AI Success Center Blasts Property Audit Reports help to check the overall status of the properties sending out Blasts to their audience list. These reports will help you identify which properties have yet to send out blasts. You can also download the report or send it as an email.
Following are the step-by-step instructions to use Blasts Property Audit Report.
a. Go to Journey AI Suite> Select Org > Click Success Center.
b. Go to the Property Audit page under Blasts reports.
c. You can filter the report by Date Range and Property.
d. Click on the three dots at the extreme right to Email the report, to Schedule an email, or to view sent email history.
e. The report displays the following information:
- Property Name - The first column shows the property's name sending out the blasts.
- Total Blast Sent - The second column shows the total blasts sent for the selected date range.
- Last Sent - The third column shows when the property has sent the last blast.
- Days Since - The fourth column shows the days since the last blast was sent.
- Sends - The fifth column shows the number of people to whom the blast was sent. For example, for property 20 Massachusetts, blasts were sent to 728 contacts over the last six months.
- Opens - The open rate shows the percentage of the audience who have opened the blasts.
For example - for the property 20 Massachusetts for the last six months, 50% of the contacts have opened the blasts among the 728 contacts to whom the blasts were sent. - Clicks - The click rate shows the percentage of the audience who have clicked on the blasts. For example - for the property 20 Massachusetts for the last six months, 0.27% of the total contacts have clicked on the blasts.

f. All of these attributes are sortable. Also, you can filter any of the columns using the filter button.
