How do I use the Blast Set Goals page in Success Center?

With the Journey AI Success Center, you can set goals for the properties to send blasts every month and track their performance.

To use Success Center, you must start setting goals for all your sub-org. The goal is the number of blasts a sub-org has to send in a month. You can set a default blast goal for every month for all the sub-orgs or customize the goal for each sub-org.

Following are the step-by-step instructions to set goals for blasts.

a. Go to Journey AI Suite> Select Org > Click Success Center.

b. Go to the Set Goals page under Blasts reports.

c. You can change the Date Range to view goals accordingly.

d. To set a default goal for all the properties, adjust the number on the Default blasts send goal every month section.

e. To change the default blast goal, click on '+' to increase it, click on '-' to decrease it, and click the Apply Default To All button to set the default goal.

f. We recommend 4 blasts a month for a better prospect/resident experience.

g. To change the goal for an individual property, change the number under the #Blast Send Goal column. For example, for the property named 20 Massachusetts, we have changed the goal to 2, which is -2 less than the default goal; hence, it will be displayed in red.

If the customized goal exceeds the default goal, as in the property Avenue At York - GA4 New, it will display in green.

h. To set different goals for different properties in bulk, select the properties for which you want to set different goals by clicking on the checkboxes beside them.

i. Once you select the properties, the Apply Default To All button will change to Edit Goal. Click on Edit Goal to update the new goal.

j. You will get a pop-up where you can increase or decrease the goal by clicking on '+' or '-' signs. Once you have adjusted the goal, click Update Goal to save the changes.
