In Journey AI Success Center, the Blast Success Report shows the overall performance of all properties of the Org.
Following are the step-by-step instructions to use the report.
a. Go to Journey AI Suite> Select Org > Click Success Center.
b. Go to Success Reports under Blasts reports.
c. The report is shown as Goal Achieved: Properties Breakdown.
d. You can filter the report by Region and Date Range.
e. At the top right, you have the filter button to filter the report by Property and Goal Achieved columns.
f. Next, it will show the number of properties out of the total needed to achieve the goal. For Example - in the image below, you can see Properties Not On Track 48 out of 60, which means 48 properties out of 60 have yet to reach their goal.
g. Outstanding Day displays the days left to achieve the goal. For Example - in the below image, Outstanding Days: 16 means there are sixteen more days left to achieve the goal.
h. At the top right corner, the Export CSV button downloads the report in CSV format.
i. The report shows the following columns;
- Property - The first column of the report shows the names of all the properties.
- # Blasts sent - The second column shows the number of blasts sent by the properties. It also shows the progress bar; if the property has achieved the goal, the progress bar is green in color; if not, it is orange.
For Example: The first property in the image has over-achieved the goal by sending 16 blasts, whereas the goal was 8. Hence, the progress bar is green in color, and it also has a winner trophy icon. - Outstanding Sends - The third column indicates the number of outstanding blasts to be sent. If the property has achieved the goal, Outstanding Sends will be blank.
- Goal Achieved - The last column shows whether the properties achieved the goals. It can be Yes in green if the property has achieved its goal or No in orange if it couldn't.
j. You can update the goal of each property and download individual property reports by clicking on the three dots.
k. To update the goal, click Update Goal, which will open a pop-up window.
l. Update the goal using the - or + buttons and click the Update Goal button.
