a. Go to Journey AI Suite> Select Sub - Org > Click Blasts.
b. To view available blast templates, Click the Template sub-menu.
c. On the Template page, select the purpose for creating the blast. It could be Announcements, Events, Offers, etc for prospects and residents.
d. You can select the template from Property, Org, or Hyly.
e. The relevant templates will be displayed at the bottom section of the page.
f. Select a template; hover the cursor on it, and you will see the Create Blast button. Click the button to start creating a blast.
g. Also, you can select our AI-powered templates for offer and use mailGPT to create a blast for you.
