How do I manage the blast approval requests as an agent?

a. Go to Journey AI SuiteSelect Sub - Org > Click Blasts. You must log in as an agent.

b. Go to the Approval menu, which has My Requests and Request History as the sub-menus.

c. My Requests:

    • My Request page houses all your Blasts waiting for the admin's approval.
    • The page shows the blast Schedule date, Blast name, and Approver(s) details.
    • On clicking the View Blast button, you can view the blast.

d. Request History:

    •  Request History page houses all the blasts you have sent for approval. 
    • The page shows the blast Scheduled Date, Blast name, Approver(s) email id/s, and Approved On (Date and time of approval) details.
    • Click Analyze to view the blast analysis report.
