How do I use the By Campaign Report page in Refer-a-Friend?

The Refer-a-Friend By Campaign report is available for each property at the sub-org level. Following are the steps to use the report.

 

a. Go to Journey AI Suite> Select Sub - Org > Click Refer-a-Friend.

b. Go to Reports and click By Campaign report.

c. You can filter the reports based on Campaigns or Status by clicking the dropdown menu.

d. Each report has two panels, 

    • Property Overview - The first panel shows the property overview of all the campaigns.
    • Breakdown Campaigns - The second panel shows the detailed breakdown of all the active and inactive campaigns created for the property.

e. Property Overview panel displays the following fields;

    • #Campaigns: Number of campaigns available for the property. Clicking this field directs you to the Campaign Contact List report.
    • #Residents: Number of residents enrolled for the campaign.
    • #Friends: Number of referred friends who submitted a guest card or scheduled a tour.
    • #Leased: Number of referred friends who leased.

f. Breakdown Campaigns panel displays the following fields;

    • Campaigns: Campaign title.
    • Date Created: Date of creation of the campaign.
    • Status: If the campaign is active or inactive.
    • $ Reward: If any reward price is allocated.
    • #Residents?: Number of residents enrolled for the campaign.
    • #Friends?: Number of referred friends who submitted a guest card or scheduled a tour.
    • #Leased?: Number of referred friends who leased.

g. Breakdown Campaigns report can be filtered by all the fields mentioned above. Also, this report can be downloaded as .CSV file.
