a. Go to Journey AI Suite> Select Sub - Org/Org > Click Alerts.
b. Go to the Reports menu and click the By Email Platform report under it. This report shows the overview of all emails under each alert.
c. At the Org level, the report can be filtered by Property name, Panels and Date Range.
d. At the Sub-Org level, the report can be filtered by Panels and Date Range.
e. Each Report has three panels: Open By Mail Client, Open By OS and Open By Device.
f. Each panel shows the platform name, total open and percentage open by each platform.
g. Click the square button at the top right corner of each panel to expand the report in a new tab.
