Journey AI By Property Alert report is available on the Org level only. Below are the steps to access the same.
a. Go to Journey AI Suite> Select Sub - Org > Click Alerts.
b. Go to the Reports menu and click the By Alerts report under it. This report shows the overview of all alerts under each property.
c. At the Org level, the report can be filtered by Property name and Date Range.
d. The report shows the following panels;
- Org Overview - The first panel shows the entire organisation overview and a bar chart of Unique Opens and Unique Clicks over the months.
- Drill down by Properties - The second panel shows each property's analytics.
- Breakdown - Property - The third panel shows the same report of the alert in tabular form.
e. The following details are shown in the reports of all the three panels:
- #Unique Sends - This column indicates the number of unique contacts to which the alert was sent.
- Unique Opens - Shows the open rate of the alert.
- Unique Clicks - Shows the click-through rate of the alert.
- Unsubscribes - Shows the unsubscribe rate of the alert.
- Bounces - Shows the bounce rate of the alert.
f. All the above fields are filterable for the Breakdown - Properties report. Also, you can download the data by clicking the download button.
