TheRefer-a-Friend By Property report is available for all the properties at the Org level. Following are the steps to use the report.
a. Go to Journey AI Suite> Select Sub - Org > Click Refer-a-Friend.
b. Go to Reports and click By Property report.
c. You can filter the reports by Properties, Campaigns and Status by clicking the dropdown menu.
d. Each report has two panels,

- Org Overview - The first panel shows the Org overview of all the campaigns in all the properties under the org.
- Breakdown Properties - The second panel shows the detailed breakdown of all the properties with active and inactive campaigns.
e. Org Overview panel displays the following fields;

- #Properties: Number of properties.
- #Campaigns: Number of campaigns available for the property. Clicking this field directs you to the Campaign Contact List report.
- #Residents: Number of residents enrolled for the campaign.
- #Friends: Number of referred friends who submitted a guest card or scheduled a tour.
- #Leased: Number of referred friends who leased.
f. Breakdown Properties panel displays the following fields;

- Property: Name of the property.
- Campaigns: Campaign title.
- Date Created: Date of creation of the campaign.
- Status: If the campaign is active or inactive.
- $ Reward: If any reward price is allocated.
- #Residents?: Number of residents enrolled for the campaign.
- #Friends?: Number of referred friends who submitted a guest card or scheduled a tour.
- #Leased?: Number of referred friends who leased.
g. Breakdown Campaigns report can be filtered by all the fields mentioned above. Also, this report can be downloaded as .CSV file.
