How do I use the Campaign Analytics Report page in Refer-a-Friend?

The Refer-a-Friend Campaign Analytics report is available for each property at the sub-org level. Following are the steps to use the report.

 

a. Go to Journey AI Suite> Select Sub - Org > Click Refer-a-Friend.

b. Go to Reports and click on the Campaign Analytics report.

c. You can search the campaign to view its report.

d. Clicking the campaign name will direct you to the campaign analytics report page for that campaign.

e. You can filter the report based on Property, Campaigns, Referred Status and Date Range by clicking the dropdown menu.

f. Each report has two panels, 

    • Campaign Overview - The first panel shows the property overview of each campaign.
    • Drill Down Campaigns - The second panel shows the details of referral status for each campaign.

g. Campaign Overview panel displays the following fields;

    • #Residents: Number of Residents Enrolled in the Referrer campaign.
    • #Friends: Number of Referred friends who submitted a guest card or scheduled a tour.
    • #Leased: Number of Referred friends who leased.
    • Campaign Status: If the campaign is active or inactive.
    • Date Created: Date when the campaign was created.

h. Drill Down Campaigns panel displays the following fields;

    • Residents: Name of the resident.
    • Referred Status: If the resident referred friends.
    • Resident's Email: Resident's email ID.
    • Resident's Phone Number: Resident's Phone Number.
    • Friends: Name of the referred friends.
    • Friend's Email: Friend's Email ID.
    • #Leased?: Number of referred friends who leased.

i. Drill Down Campaigns report can be filtered and sorted by the abovementioned fields. Also, this report can be downloaded as .CSV file.
