The Refer-a-Friend Campaign Contact List report is available for each property at the sub-org level. Following are the steps to use the report.
a. Go to Journey AI Suite> Select Sub - Org > Click Refer-a-Friend.
b. Go to Reports and click Campaign Contact List report.
c. You can filter the report based on Campaign title, Contact Type - Residents/Friends/Leased and Referred Status - Referred/Not Referred.
d. As per your selection of the Contact field, the report will display the details of the contacts. In the below example, we have selected Residents.
e. The reports show the following details;

- Property: Name of the property.
- Campaign: Campaign title.
- Resident: Resident's name.
- Referred Status: If the resident referred/did not refer a friend.
- Resident's Email: Resident's email ID.
- Resident's Phone Number: Resident's phone number.
f. The report can be filtered and sorted for all the abovementioned fields. Also, you can download the report as. CSV file.
