How do I use the Cost by Campaign reports?

The Cost by Campaign reports under Google Ads in Performance AI summarize the cost of each marketing campaign and their cost efficiency in leading the prospect from one CrSTAL milestone to another. 

Guide to marketing campaigns and the CrSTAL milestones

 

A. Navigate to: Performance AI ➡️ Google Ads ➡️ CrSTAL Performance Reports ➡️ Cost by

     Campaign.

 

B. The first table lists down the Cost per CrSTAL milestone for Google ads for your entire

     organization during the specific time period:

a. The Total Cost for Google ads was $141258.79.

b. The Cost for each Contract Form influenced by Google ads was $717.05.

c. The Cost for each Appointment influenced by Google ads was $1016.25.

d. The Cost for each completed 1st Tour influenced by Google ads was $2207.17.

e. The Cost for each filled Application influenced by Google ads was $8828.67.

f. The Cost for each completed Lease influenced by Google ads was $7466.25.

C. The second table, titled Cost Per Reports - By Campaign, summarizes the performance 

     of Google Ads for each marketing campaign. 

g. The View dropdown menu lets you choose how many properties will be listed on one

               page.

h. The Showing Rows menu lets you scroll between one set of rows and another.

D. The Cost Per Reports - By Campaign table summarizes the performance of each

     marketing campaign:

i. The first column lists down the Marketing campaign name.

j. The second column lists down the Total Cost of Google ads for each marketing

   campaign. 

k. The third column lists the number of Contact Forms filled due to the Google ad 

    campaign in the given time period. 

l. The fourth column lists the Cost/Contact Form for the marketing campaign during the 

    time period.

m. The fifth column lists the number of Tour Appointments fixed due to the Google 

     ad marketing campaign.

n. The sixth column lists the Cost/Appointment for the marketing campaign during the 

     time period.

o. The seventh column lists the number of 1st tours influenced by the Google ads 

      marketing campaign that were completed during the given time period. 

p. The eighth column lists the Cost/1st Tour for the marketing campaign during the time

    period. 

q. The ninth column lists the number of Applications that were influenced by Google 

      ads marketing campaigns during the given time period. 

r. The tenth column lists the Cost/Application for the marketing campaign during the 

     time period. 

s. The eleventh column lists the number of Leases influenced by Google ads 

     marketing campaigns during the time period. 

t. The twelfth column lists the Cost/Lease for the marketing campaign during the time

    period. 

u. In the given row, the marketing campaign Nationwide in the given time period:

• Invested $4078.68 in Google ads.

• Saw 0 Contact forms filled that were influenced by it.

• Saw a Cost/Contact Form of $0.

• Saw 3 Scheduled Tours that were influenced by it.

• Saw a Cost/Scheduled Tour of $1359.56.

• Saw 1 1st Tours completed that were influenced by it.

v. Use the  button to sort the column in a descending order and use the  button to

    sort the column in an ascending order

w. Use save current view to save the current table for easy viewing. 

x. Use the  button to filter the table.
