How do I use the CrSTAL by Assist reports under the Lead Gen Analysis (LGA) Dashboard?

The CrSTAL by Assist reports have graphic representations of the efficacy of different marketing assists in bringing in leads with respect to the CrSTAL milestones.

A. Navigate to: Performance AI ➡️ Lead Gen Analysis ➡️ LGA Dashboard ➡️ CrSTAL by Assist.

 

B. The first report is an Overview of the top assists for each CrSTAL milestone:

a. First, there is a table of the number of leads in each CrSTAL milestone. The number

    of leads created was 2088, which was a 6% increase from 4 weeks ago

b. The number of 1st tours scheduled was 911, which was a 1% increase from 4 weeks

    ago

c. The number of 1st tours completed was 505, which was a 10% decrease from 4

    weeks ago

d. The number of applications submitted was 196, which was an 8% decrease from 4

    weeks ago

e. The number of leases was 128, which was a 4% decrease from 4 weeks ago.

f. The funnel that showcases the number of leads in each CrSTAL milestone is

    depicted graphically.

g. The assists that influenced the most number of created leads are listed. In this

     example, Webservice influenced the most leads at 907 leads which is 43.4% of the

     total leads created. 

h. The assists that influenced the most number of tours scheduled are listed. In this

     case, Webservice influenced the most leads at 401 leads which is 44% of the total 1st

     tours scheduled.

i. The assists that influenced the most number of completed tours are listed. In this

    case, Webservice influenced the most leads at 188 leads which is 37.2% of the total 1st

    tours completed.

j. The assists that influenced the most number of applications submitted are listed. In

    this case, Webservice influenced the most leads at 98 leads which is 50% of the total

    applications submitted.

k. The assists that influenced the most number of leases completed are listed. In this

    case, Webservice influenced the most leads at 53 leads which is 41.4% of the total

     leases completed. 

 

 

C. The first graph answers the question How has the performance of top assists changed

     over milestones?

    In this example, Agents created 10.25% of the leads, but they contributed to 24.1% of

   the leads who completed their 1st tours.

     In this example, the percentage of leads created through Phone:

• From 10/16/2023 to 11/12/2023 was 5.4%.

• From 11/13/2023 to 12/10/2023 was 5.46%.

• From 12/11/2023 to 01/07/2024 was 5.75%.
