How do I use the Events Templates dashboard?
a. Go to Journey AI Suite> Select Sub - Org > Click Events.
b. To view available event Templates, Click the Template sub-menu.
c. On the Template page, select the purpose of the event. It could be Festive, Resident, or General.
d. The relevant templates will be displayed at the bottom section of the page.
e. Select a template; hover the cursor on it, and you will see the Create Event button. Click the button to start creating events.
