How do I use the Hayley Chat Contact List report?



a. Go to Journey AI Suite> Select Sub - Org > Click Hayley Chat. 

b. Go to the Reports menu and click the Hayley Chat Contact List report under it. This report gives the contact details of each lead coming from Hayley.

c. The report can be filtered per the date range and the lead status (Tour Scheduled or Guest Card Submitted).

d. You can filter the report or download the contact list as a CSV file.

e. The list displays the below-mentioned column; each column is sortable.

  • Name: Name of the lead.
  • Email: Email ID of the lead. If you click on the email ID, it will direct you to the lead's contact card.
  • Phone Number: Contact number of the lead. If you click on the phone number, it will direct you to the lead's contact card.
  • Sub-status: Present application status of the lead, e.g., Leased, Applicant or tour Scheduled, etc.
  • Date & Time: For the leads who have scheduled a tour, it's the Scheduled time and date. For the leads who have submitted the guest card, it is the Submission date and time.
