How do I use the Journey AI Blasts Analytics report?

Blasts Analytics report showcases engagement metrics for individual blasts. This report can be accessed from the Org and Sub-Org levels. Following are the step-by-step instructions to use the Blasts Analytics report.

 

a. Go to Journey AI SuiteSelect Sub - Org/Org> Click Blasts.

b. Go to the Reports menu and click Blasts Analytics report under it.

c. At the Org level, the report can be filtered by Property, Date Range, Blast name, and Data type.

d. At the top right, you have buttons to copy the URL and button to mark the report as a favorite.

e. At the Sub-Org level, the report can be filtered by Date Range, Blast name, and Data type. Rest all features are the same in Org and Sub-Org level reports.

f. Blast  Overview - The first panel is the Blast Overview, which shows Line graphs for the below-mentioned metrics for the Blast:

You can hover over the line graph to view the breakdown (per month/week, etc.) depending on the date range you have selected. For example, if you have selected a date range in year or month(6 months/3 months), the line graph will show the breakdown in months. If you select the date range in days ( 30 days/ 1 month), it will show the breakdown in days. 

 

  • Unique Sends - This column shows the total number of unique contacts the Blast was sent. 
  • Unique Opens - This column shows the unique number of times the email was opened and the unique open rate of the Blast. For example, in the below image, the Unique open rate is 33.5%, and the Unique open number is 90.
  • Unique Clicks - This column shows the unique click-through numbers and rate of the Blast. For example, in the below image, the Unique click rate is 1.5%, and the Unique click number is 4.

g. Next, it shows the following fields without the graph:

  • Unsubscribes - The Unsubscribes tile shows the total number of unsubscribed and unsubscribes rate of the Blast.
  • Bounces - The Bounces tile shows the number of bounces and the bounce rate of the Blast.
  • Complaints - The Complaints tile shows the number of complaints and the complaint rate of the Blast.
  • Blacklisted - The Blacklisted tile shows the number of blacklists and the blacklist rate of the Blast.

h. At the end, it shows;

  • Sent to - To which contact list the blast was sent.
  • Sent At - Date and time when the blast was sent.
  • Subject - Blast subject line.

i. The last panel is for Link Click Breakdowns, unique clicks for each link in the blast. 

j. It displays the Link Label, Type, URL, and Unique Clicks.

k. You can filter the columns using the filter button and download the data using the download button.
