How do I use the Journey AI Blasts By Blast report?

By Blasts report showcases engagement metrics for all the blasts across a property. This report can be accessed from the Org and Sub-Org levels. Following are the step-by-step instructions to use the By Blast report.

 

a. Go to Journey AI SuiteSelect Sub - Org/Org> Click Blasts.

b. Go to the Reports menu and click By Blast report under it.

c. At the Org level, you can filter the report by Regions and Properties and get into the report.

d. At Sub-Org By Blast report can be filtered by Date Range and Blast name. The rest of the report is the same in both Org and Sub-Org.

e. At the extreme right, you have buttons to copy the URL and button to mark the report as a favorite.

f. Property  Overview - The first panel is the Property Overview, which shows Line graphs for the below-mentioned metrics for the property:

You can hover over the line graph to view the breakdown (per month/week, etc.) depending on the date range you have selected. For example, if you have selected a date range in year or month(6 months/3 months), the line graph will show the breakdown in months. If you select the date range in days ( 30 days/ 1 month), it will show the breakdown in days. 


  • Unique Sends - This column shows the total number of unique contacts the Blast was sent. 
  • Unique Opens - This column shows the unique number of times the email was opened and the unique open rate of the Blast. For example, in the below image, the Unique open rate is 10.9%, and the Unique open number is 711.
  • Unique Clicks - This column shows the unique click-through numbers and rate of the Blast. For example, in the below image, the Unique click rate is 0.1%, and the Unique click number is 7.

g. Breakdown by Blasts - The second panel breaks the data in tabular format. You can view the section as List View or Gallary View.

h. This panel shows the following details;

    • Blast Name - Name of the Blast.
    • Subject - Subject line of the Blast.
    • Unique Sends - This column shows the number of unique contacts the Blast was sent.
    • Unique Opens - This column shows the unique number of times the email was opened and the open rate of the Blast.
    • Unique Clicks - This column shows the unique click-through numbers and rate of the Blast.
    • Unsubscribes - The Unsubscribes show the unsubscribe numbers and rate of the Blast.
    • Bounces - The Bounces show the total bounces and bounce rate of the Blast.
    • Sent to: The contact ist to whom the blast was sent.
    • Sent At -  The Sent At shows only the date and time when the Blast was sent in the second panel.

i. Use the filter button to filter any of the columns.

j. You can view the data as a number or percentage; click the # button to interchange the format.

k. You can also download the data by clicking the button.

l. You can also view the panel as a gallery. Each tile of the Gallery View will show the same metrics (Step h) for each blast.
