How do I use the Journey AI Blasts By Property report?

By Property report showcases blasts engagement metrics for all the properties across an Org. This report can be accessed from the Org level only. Following are the step-by-step instructions to use the By Property report.

 

a. Go to Journey AI SuiteSelect Org > Click Blasts

b. Go to the Reports menu and click By Property report under it. It will show the overall analytics of each property under the Org.

c. The reports can be filtered by Properties and Date range.

d.  At the extreme right, you have buttons to copy the URL and button to mark the report as a favorite.

e. Org  Overview - The first panel is the Org Overview, which shows Line graphs for the below-mentioned metrics for the Org:

You can hover over the line graph to view the breakdown (per month/week, etc.) depending on the date range you have selected. For example, if you have selected a date range in year or month(6 months/3 months), the line graph will show the breakdown in months. If you select the date range in days ( 30 days/ 1 month), it will show the breakdown in days. 


  • Unique Sends - This column shows the total number of unique contacts the Blast was sent. 
  • Unique Opens - This column shows the unique number of times the email was opened and the unique open rate of the Blast. For example, in the below image, the Unique open rate is 3.4%, and the Unique open number is 2367.
  • Unique Clicks - This column shows the unique click-through numbers and rate of the Blast. For example, in the below image, the Unique click rate is 0.1%, and the Unique click number is 37.

f. Properties Breakdown: The second panel gives the metrics for each property under the Org. You can view the section as List View or Gallary View.

g. For each of the panels, the following details are shown:

    • Property: Name of the property. On clicking the name By Blasts Report for the property will open.
    • #Blasts: Number of blasts sent by the property for the selected time range.
    • #Unique Sends: Shows the number of unique contacts the blasts were sent.
    • Unique Opens: Shows the number of unique contacts that opened the blast.
    • Unique Clicks: Shows the unique click-through of the blasts.
    • Unsubscribes: Shows the number of contacts unsubscribed.
    • Bounces: Shows the number of blasts that bounced.
h. Use the filter button  to filter any of the columns.

i. You can view the data as a number or percentage; click the # button to interchange the format.

j. You can also download the data by clicking the button. 

k. At the bottom left, you can adjust the number of rows you want to view per page.

l. At the bottom right, you can navigate from one page to the next page.

m. You can also view the data in Gallery View. Each tile of the gallery will show the same metrics (Step g) for each property.
