How do I use the Journey AI Blasts Contact List report?

Blats Contact List report gives the contact details for each blast sent by the property. This report can be accessed from the Org and Sub-Org levels. Following are the step-by-step instructions to use the Blats Contact List report.

 

a. Go to Journey AI SuiteSelect Sub - Org/Org > Click Blasts

b. Go to the Reports menu and click Blasts Contact List report under it.

c. At the extreme right, you have buttons to copy the URL and button to mark the report as a favorite.

d. At the Org level, reports can be filtered by Property, Date range, and Contact Lists like Sent, Opened, Clicked, Unsubscribed, Bounced, Complained and Blacklisted.

e. At the Sub-Org level, reports can be filtered by Date range, Blasts, and Contact Lists like Sent, Opened, Clicked, Unsubscribed, Bounced, Complained and Blacklisted. The rest of the report is the same in both Org and Sub-Org.

f. The report shows the below-mentioned fields. Each field is sortable:

    • Property Name: In case of Org report.
    • Blast Name
    • Email Addresses of the contacts.
    • Date & Time of action (e.g., sent, Opened, Unsubscribed, etc.)
    • Sub-status of the contacts.

g. You can also download the data by clicking the button. 

h. At the bottom left, you can adjust the number of rows you want to view per page.

i. At the bottom right, you can navigate from one page to the next page.
