My Favourite page stores all the reports marked as favorites from Org and Sub-Org levels.
a. Go to Journey AI Suite> Select Sub - Org/Org > Click Blasts. Go to Reports.
b. You can save all your customized and filtered reports by clicking on the Star Icon
to mark it as a favorite.
c. Once you click on the star icon, you'll get the pop-up to name the report.
d. After putting the desired report name, click Confirm to save the report.
e. This report will be saved on the My Favourites page. Go to My Favourites page under the report menu to access the reports.
f. Click View Report to see the report.
g. Click the three dots beside the View Report button to Remove the report from favorites or to Rename the report.
