a. Go to Journey AI Suite> Select Sub - Org/Org > Click Drips.
b. Go to the Reports menu and click the By Email Platform report under it. This report shows the different Email platforms and the number of contacts who have opened the emails through these platforms.
c. The report shows the following panels both at the Org and Sub-Org levels;

- Open By Mail Client: This panel shows the Browser's name, total Opens, and opening Percentage.
- Open By OS: This panel shows the name of the OS, total Opens, and opening Percentage.
- Open By Device: This panel shows the Device type, total Opens, and opening Percentage.
d. You can zoom in to each panel by clicking the square icon at the top right corner.
e. At the Sub-Org level, reports can be filtered by Panels and Date Range.
f. At the Org level, reports can be filtered by Properties, Panels, and Date Range.
