a. Go to Journey AI Suite> Select Org > Click Drips.
b. Go to the Reports menu and click the By Property report under it. This report gives an overview of the Org level and each property under that Org.
c. The report can be filtered by Properties and Date Range.
d. The report is divided into three panels:

- Org Overview - The first panel shows the entire Org Overview and a bar chart of Unique Opens and Unique Clicks over the months.
- Drill down by Properties - The second panel shows the overview of each property.
- Breakdown - Properties - The third panel shows the same report of the properties in tabular form.
e. The following details are shown in the reports of all the three panels:

- Org Name - The Org Name shows up only in the first panel of Org Overview.
- Property Name - You'll see the list of all the Sub-Orgs under your Org in the second and third panels.
- Number of Unique Sends - This column shows the number of unique contacts the Drip was sent.
- Number of Drips - This column shows the number of drips in each property.
- %Opens - The %Opens shows the Open rate of the Drip.
- %Clicks - The %Clicks show the Click-through rate of the Drip.
- %Unsubscribes - The %Unsubscribes show the unsubscribes rate of the Drip.
- %Bounces - The %Bounces show the bounce rate of the Drip.
f. For the Breakdown - Properties panel, all the fields mentioned above are filterable. Also, data can be exported as CSV from this panel by clicking the download button.
