a. Go to Journey AI Suite> Select Sub - Org/Org > Click Drips.
b. Go to the Reports menu and click the Email Analytics report under it. This report shows the list of emails and the drips they belong to.
c. The report has three panels as given below;

- Email Overview - The first panel shows the entire Drip Overview and a bar chart of Unique Opens and Unique Clicks over the selected date range.
- Drill Down Email - The second panel shows each Email's analytics.
- Link Clicks - The third panel shows the links and % Clicks.
d. At the Org level, the report can be filtered by Property, Drip, Email, Panel, and Date Range. Whereas at the Sub-Org level, the report can be filtered by Drip, Email, Panel, and Date Range.
e. The following details are shown in the reports in the first two panels:

- Emails' Names - The Email's Name appears in the first panel.
- Subject Name - This column in the second panel shows the subject names of each email.
- Number of Unique Sends - This is the number of unique contacts the Drips was sent.
- Unique Opens% - The %Opens shows the Open rate of the Drip.
- Unique Clicks% - The %Clicks show the Click-through rate of the Drip.
- Unsubscribes% - The %Unsubscribes shows the unsubscribes rate of the Drip.
- Bounces% - The %Bounces shows the bounce rate of the Drip.
f. The data can be filtered and exported to CSV from the Drill Down Email panel.
g. You can also export the data from the Link Clicks panel.
