The Referral Campaigns dashboard houses all the referral campaigns of your org or property irrespective of their status: Active or Inactive.
The following are the steps to take to use the Referral Campaigns dashboard.
a. Go to Journey AI Suite> Select Sub - Org > Click Refer-a-Friend.
b. It will direct you to the Referral Campaigns dashboard.
c. This page will display the Referral Campaigns List. These campaigns are listed with the very recent one at the top, then the one earlier, and so on.
d. The list displays campaigns under the following headings;
- Referral Campaign Title.
- Created On.
- #Residents.
- #Friends.
- Active. Each column is sortable.
e. You can click the Filter button to filter each column.
f. The + Referral Campaign button is to create new referral campaigns.
e. From the dashboard, you can activate or deactivate a campaign.
f. Click the Edit button to edit a campaign.
g. Click the three dots beside the edit button to Preview the campaign, View the Report, access Embed Codes or Duplicate the campaign.
