The Journey AI Success Center Property Blasts report shows the blasts sent by the properties and their performance.
Following are the step-by-step instructions to use the Property Blasts Report.
a. Go to Journey AI Suite> Select Org > Click Success Center.
b. Go to the Property Blasts page under Blasts reports.
c. You can filter the report according to the Date Range.
d. Click on the three dots at the extreme right to Email the report, to Schedule an email, or to view sent email history.
e. The first panel gives the overall overview of Org. It shows the pictorial presentation of Total Blasts, Total Sends, Unique Open Rate, and Unique Click Rate. For Example, in the given image, 13 blasts were sent to 25 contacts; among them, 76% of the contacts opened the blasts, and 40% of the contacts clicked the blasts for the organization in the last month (Dec 2023).

f. The second panel shows the Number of Sends and Open rate analytics for each property. The data is displayed as a progress bar. The number of sends is represented by the blue bar, and the Open rate is represented by the orange bar.
g. The third panel shows the analytics of all the blasts sent out by all the properties. This report shows the data in the following columns:
- Property Name: Name of the property that has sent the blasts.
- eBlast: Name of the blasts.
- Send Date: The date and time when the blast was sent.
- Sends: Total number of contacts to whom the blast was sent.
- Opens: The open rate is the percentage calculated based on the number of blasts opened compared to the number of blasts sent.
- Clicks: The click rate percentage is calculated based on the number of blasts clicked compared to the number of blasts sent.
h. All fields in the third panel are sortable. Also, you can filter each column using the filter button.
i. To download the report, click the Download button.
