The Journey AI CRM Prospect Follow-Up page will display the Contact Action Report. This report shows the number of actions that have been taken by the contacts and for the contacts.
a. Log in to https://accounts.hyly.app and navigate the CRM app and the Prospect Follow-Up page.
b. This page will display the Contact Action Report.
c. You can search the report by Agent Name, Contact Joined Date, Substatus, and Status.
d. To export the data as CSV, click the Export button.
e. The report will show the contact details like name, email, status, state, etc, and also agents' activities like calls made, calls received, emails received, etc.
