Journey AI CRM Refer a Friend stores the contacts from the referral program.
a. Log in to https://accounts.hyly.app and navigate to the CRM app and the Canned Emails page.
b. The Reward Residents page shows the contact details of the residents who have referred their friends and owned a reward.
c. You can search for a specific contact here.
d. The list will display the Resident Name, Resident Email, Resident Phone Number, Friend Name, Friend Email, and Friend Phone Number columns.
e. To view the contact details, click the row.
f. The Referred Friends tab will direct you to the Contact Lists page, specifically showing contacts from the referral program.
