The Attribute Details reports summarize the performance of different marketing attributes in generating leads.

B. Choose the property and the time period for which you want to see the Attribute Details
Reports.
C. The first list is called "Top Drivers of Created Leads for the Time Range."
On hovering over any of the numbers, you can see a description of what they represent.
In this example, during this time range:
a. 457824 users visited the Property website
b. 38279 leads were created
c. 14088 leads scheduled their 1st tours
d. 8563 leads completed their 1st tours
e. 3358 leads applied for a lease
f. 2404 leads finished leasing
D. The trend chart shows the trend of lead creation over the time range.
a. In this example, 492 leads were created during the 12/18/2023-12/25/2023 period
and 656 leads were created between 12/25/2023-01/01/2024.

E. On scrolling down, you can see the Created Leads by Source and Created Leads by
Medium tables.
a. The number on the top of the table shows the total number of leads that came through
the particular type of marketing attribute during the given time range.
b. Click on the on top-right to zoom into the given table.
c. In the example for the Leads by Source table, 443 leads were created by
Property Website during the time range.
d. In the example for the Leads by Medium table, 725 leads were created by the
Organic medium during the time range.
e. Click on Show More below each table to get a list of all the marketing attributes and the
number of leads they bought in.

F. Below that are the Created Leads by Campaign and the Created Leads by
Content tables.
a. In the example for the Leads by Campaign table, 2268 leads were created by
(Unspecified) during the time range.
b. In the example for the Leads by Content table, 2268 leads were created by
(Unspecified) during the time range.
(Unspecified) is used as the default marketing attribute, when there are no tags that specify a specific marketing attribute.
For example, If there's no campaign tagged, then (Unspecified) will be the name visible on Performance AI.

G. Below are the tables for Created Leads by Channel, Created Leads by
Method and Created Leads by Assist:
a. In the example for the Leads by Channel table, 695 leads were created by
the Prospect channel during the time range.
b. In the example for the Leads by Medium table, 393 leads were created through
the Phone method during the time range.
c. In the example for the Leads by Medium table, 209 leads were created through
the Agent during the time range.
