a. Under Rate Analysis, there are the Conversion Rate reports which benchmark your
rate of taking prospects from one CrSTAL milestone to another against other Multifamily
organizations.
b. Under Velocity Analysis, there are the Conversion Velocity reports, which
benchmark the speed with which you take prospects from one CrSTAL milestone to
another against other Multifamily organizations.
